Q:  How can I contact you?
A:  Please feel free to email us at support@beachlifehippie.com, if you have any questions, concerns or suggestions.   As we custom design many of our products, we always love to receive suggestions on what you would like to see. 

Q:  When will I receive my order?
A:  As shipping times vary on some products, for your convenience, we have listed the estimated shipping time on the product page for each product.  If you find a product that does not list the shipping time please feel free to email us at support@beachlifehippie.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.  Please click on the following link for our Shipping Policies as well.  https://www.beachlifehippie.com/policies/shipping-policy

Q: When will my order ship?
A:  Most orders are processed within 2 - 4 Business Days.  You should receive an email with tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped.  On "Custom" products, the processing time is included in the delivery time listed on product page.  The processing time is longer on these products as the products are being specially made just for you. 

Example:  Custom Running Shoes - Estimated delivery time is 10 - 14 Business Days.  Processing time may be 8 - 10 business days, plus a shipping time of 2 - 4 days. 

Q: Do you accept returns for a refund?
